Cookies are little bits of data stored on your computer that this site uses to remember you. Without cookies, every click or request to a web server is like a surprise visitor. A cookie is like your browser's calling card. If your computer has a cookie for this site, it will send it along with the page request. Then we know who you are and can retrieve your temporary customer information. If you don't supply us with a cookie (by having them off), we have to make up an id for you that we can retrieve. We use your browser type and your IP address, because that's really all there is available to us to use. If you use a dial-up connection to AOL or another ISP that shares IP addresses and you use the newest AOL browser, you may have exactly the same credentials from our server's perspective as someone else using the shared IP address and the newest AOL browser. If we had been able to generate our unique identifier and drop that temporary cookie on your machine, that issue goes away.

If you would like to use our on-line ordering, use your browser's "Preferences" or "Internet Preferences" settings to check your current settings and enable cookies. As long as you have them on, on-line ordering at a site you trust is safe and secure using the https or secure sockets layer protocol.

We take the security of your personal information very seriously and understand that some folks don't like having cookies. We use them to provide a more secure transaction. If you don't like having cookies on, it's much more secure from our perspective and from yours for you to please call the toll free number, 888.933.2545 or send us a fax, 520.455.9277 with what you'd like and we'll get your order right out to you.

Thank you for your visit, and your understanding.
