the need

The Snap Backs product line addresses the needs of professional dog handlers and pet owners alike. Specifically designed to lessen the risk of neck and spine injuries when training or just enjoying a walk with your dog on a leash. It has proven to be a valuable self-correcting device that reduces the pulling and resistance between the collar and leash, and cannot be used incorrectly as it works by itself.

how it works

This product works by absorbing and transferring the animal's energy so that the full impact is not felt by the handler/trainer. The device provides an elastic bungee cord that is connect between the leash and collar. If the animal leans into the leash, the bungee pulls back on the collar to bring the animal back into line. Should the animal bolt or jump, the elastic bungee elongates to keep the immediacy of the impact from being transferred to the handler and to redirect some of the impact back to the animal to pull the animal into proper position.

Returns

Even though we try very hard, we know that we won't get it right 100% of the time.  If you don't like the product ot it's the wrong size. We will issue refunds/credits for returns less shipping costs.  If the product is defective we will replace it and pay for shipping.

Please return only unused products or gently "tried out" products.

How to Order

Select the item, size, and color from the items shown on-line.  Click on the Order button and your selection will be put into a shopping cart.  You can see the summary of your cart in the upper right portion of the screen. You can also check on the shopping cart link to review your cart. When you are ready, click checkout to finalize your purchase. 

If we are unable to completely fill your order for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible to allow you to make alternate selections if you wish.

If you are uncomfortable using a credit card over the Internet, please fax your order to (520) 455-9277. Include your billing and shipping information with the fax so we can verify your credit card and get your order out to you.
